Before starting DLR in 2006, Dayne had been in the industry for over a decade – notably spending 7 years in Aspen building luxury holiday homes. While this time proved he really could build anything, he needed more. That’s why he started DLR Building: because for Dayne, there is nothing more fulfilling than working closely with clients to build forever homes that change their quality of life.

Dayne is your main point of contact throughout the project, navigating the journey from first enquiry through to handover of the keys. Our clients appreciate how easy he is to talk to – and since he’ll be on your recent callers list for many months, this approachability is a big deal.

While Dayne manages our projects, he’s never far from site. He visits our skilled team daily to check your project’s progress and keep things on track.
